Hey all. I entered Thailand about two weeks ago on a multiple entry tourist visa. I have not yet been to immigration to make the first extension. I wasn't planning on leaving Thailand until my first required visa run at 90 days, but I have been offered an opportunity to travel internationally that I'm considering. Is it possible for me to leave Thailand and return this week, and if so how will it affect my visa and the relevant dates? I'm having a bit of trouble interpreting the info I'm finding online. Thanks a lot. 🙏🏾

You can come and go to Thailand as many times as you like within the validity of the visa. Every day if you so desired. Not that many would want to do that.

On each entry you’ll get a stamp for 60 days. Whether you use the 60 days or extend is irrelevant. Leave. Come back you get another 60 days.

You don’t need to make an extension. Each entry you get 60 days. You can make one extension on each entry IF you choose to. Cost is 1,900 baht.
