Goodmorning, short question. If I like to extend my Non o based on married to a Thai, does she need to go with me to Chaeng Wattana or can I go alone? and if so could I bring our adult son there instead du to that my wife is not able to go there atm? I am talking about the 60 day extension. TIA.
TLDR : Answer Summary
You can extend your Non-O visa based on marriage to a Thai citizen without your spouse being present at Chaeng Wattana. It is advised to bring your Thai child with you as well as necessary documents like marriage certificates, your wife’s Thai ID, and the house registration book to support your application.
