TLDR : Answer Summary
An individual asks if it's possible to extend their expired Nom Imm B visa while in Thailand or if they can apply for a new one, noting they initially obtained the visa in the UK. A response suggests discussing the matter with immigration authorities, highlighting that extensions are typically linked to having a Work Permit (WP), and mentions that rules may change.

that you need to discuss with Immigration - usually not without a WP - rules may change - but nothing has been announced yet -
