There is no 60 day European (visa) on arrival 🙁 I think you're talking about just showing up here and getting stamped in free stamp for 60 days (called a visa exempt entry).
Since July 15, 2024 people from 90+ countries get stamped in for 60 days visa exempt.
You can extend that one time for 30 days at the immigration office serving the area where you stay for 1900baht
