Hello. I’m a American who entered on a 45 day visa. I have extended it 1time for an additional 30 days. This expires on 12/26. Can I extend it for another additional 30 days? Thanks for the advice.

TLDR : Answer Summary
An American who entered Thailand on a 45-day visa has extended it once for an additional 30 days but cannot extend it again. Options to stay longer include performing a border run, which allows for a 45-day Visa Exempt Entry and an additional 30-day extension at an immigration office.

There are other options for you to stay longer in Thailand.

A Border Bounce will get you 45 days Visa Exempt Entry Plus one 30 day extension of stay at Thai immigration office for 1900 Thai baht.

I have placed the TOPIC BORDER RUNS on your post. CLICK on it and read the posts about it from others. It can be done 2 times EACH CALENDAR YEAR.
