TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks advice on whether they can extend their visa exempt stay for an additional 60 days after already extending for 30 days, specifically to visit Thai family, while still processing documentation related to marriage.

It depends, do you have Thai family in Thailand that you can use for the application? If you're still processing the marriage then you can't use that for the visit Thai family because you're not actually married.

I’m married in Singapore to a Thai lady , but we have just translated the documents for kor ror 22, my normal visa extension will expire on 9th July

if your marriage isn't registered in Thailand, I'm not sure that you can use visit Thai family since you're not officially married according to Thailand. Maybe someone else with more experience can reply though.

. The purpose of a kor ror 22 is to legally recognise and register your overseas marriage to a Thai citizen in Thailand. It can be used to get a spouse visa.
