I applied for the DTV visa in Frankfurt and completed all requested documents on October 16.
It has now been 25 working days with no update and no way to contact the consulate.
Is it possible to enter Thailand now on visa-exemption and then do a short exit & re-entry once the DTV visa is approved? ChatGPT says it should work, but I want to confirm with real experiences.
Thanks for any help.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has applied for a DTV visa in Frankfurt and is awaiting approval but has not received any updates after 25 working days. They are considering entering Thailand on a visa-exemption and then exiting and re-entering once the DTV visa is approved. The community responses strongly advise against this, warning that it could jeopardize the visa application and potentially lead to its rejection.
DO NOT leave the country where you applied until you get the visa, or you will give the Embassy reason to rejection of your application, and loose the 10.000+ baht NON-REFUNDABLE visa fee.

Don't play with fire! Wait for the visa to be approved in the country where you need to be. If you violate the visa conditions now, they will have reason to deny your application.
that's not violating visa conditions. It doesn't state anywhere you must stay in the place of application. It's only some people here say that but they have never done it lots of people apply and leave and go out when visa approved. Search in this site you will see many do
you read this information here but you don't know. That doesn't make sense What are you doing asking here if you don't want take the advise π€£π€£π€£

That is against the rules set by the embassy. If you do it, they could cancel your application.
