Hi, I need some advice. Im citizen of Indonesia using Working Visa (B). Is it possible to apply for a Dependent Visa when the dependent arrives in Thailand? Or must be applying to the Embassy of the origin country? 

And after applying Dependent Visa, it must applying again for longstay in Thailand?

What visa are you on? What relation does the other person have to you? Dependant visa doesn't mean anything without this information.

you need to check with your company to make sure they'll support you having a dependent, and then check with the immigration office you'll be using to see if they'll allow it. Then you'll know if you can do it inside the country.

every immigration office makes their own rules and policies. You must go there and ask.
