Hi, I am thinking of converting my tourist visa to an ED visa. I want to do learning thai online. Does anyone have an idea of the average price and can anyone give me any recommendations?

Online learning does not qualify for an ED visa. Online classes can be taken anywhere, and you don't need to be in Thailand to study online, so they won't provide an ED visa for that. For an ED visa you need to be taking an in-person class and be in the class a minimum number of hours per week.
