Hello please I want to know one thing.

My friend, she’s from Philippines, she’s staying with tourists visa. But now she will apply the Thai language school with ED visa. She can apply at the Laos or she needs to go back to the country’s Thai embassy?

She can take the documentation from the school to the thai consulate in either Vientiane or Savannakhet Lao and get a 90 day single entry ED visa without any problem at all.
