I'm an Australian currently holding Non-B Visa (expire 31 July 2023). I want to convert to Non-O Thai Spouse Visa. My question is:

* Can I obtain Non-O at Singapore or does it have to be Australia?

* Does anyone have Thai spouse letter format? What should be the content of the letter?

* Can I show bank statement from 2 different banks with over THB 400,000

Thank you and appreciate for your reply.

TLDR : Answer Summary
An Australian with a Non-B Visa expiring on July 31, 2023, wants to convert to a Non-O Thai Spouse Visa. Questions include whether the conversion can be done in Singapore or must be in Australia, the format for a Thai spouse letter, and the acceptability of bank statements from two different banks showing over THB 400,000. Responses clarify that a Non-B Visa can be adjusted at expiration to reflect a marriage basis without needing a separate Non-O Visa application. Additionally, funds must be in a single Thai bank account for at least two months prior to applying.

You don't need to convert ANYTHING, if you're on an extension you don't have a Non-B VISA, you have an extension, and when that comes due you'd change the reason for the extension to one based on employment to one based on marriage to a thai.

There is no get a Non-O visa, etc, you just change the reason for the extension to marriage.

You need to have the 400K baht in a thai bank account in your name only for 2 months before you apply for the new extension based on marriage

IF you looked at your stamp it probably says "extension of stay permitted until" and has the July 31st date? Is that correct?
