I‘m in Germany and flying to Phuket. Which routes are allowed ? Can I change flights anywhere (Singapore/KL/Bangkok/HK/VAE) when doing the Sandbox immigration in Phuket ?

You cannot go via Bangkok. Must arrive from international departure point into HKT

There is some speculation about allowing transfer via Bangkok but I believe atm it’s just speculation. Rules change frequently so keep an eye on the visa forums for updates.

As long as everything is on one ticket. You cannot pick your bags up in BKK all luggage has to be checked through to HKT.

layovers are not restricted. You are not entering the country outside the airport, so you can layover anywhere. Airlines would not be able to fly through if you couldn't.
