Do I need to file a TM30 form after returning from Laos if I've changed my address in Thailand?

I had never heard of a TM30 form before i joined this group, but i must have done it before as i once paid a fine because i had not changed my address from when i moved into our new home. Until recently i was doing my 90 day reports without issue. So now i am back from Laos do i need to go and file one ?
