Hi can anybody help.

We are travelling to Thailand on September on a 60 day tourist visa is it possible to change that visa to an educational visa once we are there as we plan on training Muay Thai for 6 months .

You need to ask your school or gym. They are the ones who will tell you if it's possible or not. It requires a lot of paperwork so they might not want to support it. Also the immigration office they use might not allow it. You need to check with them.
