Just wondering; when getting a re-entry permit (as I've left before my 60d is up and returned), do I do this at BKK or DMK when I come in, or must I go off to Immigration in town?

If I do it at the airport... where do I do it? (Guessing immigration gate will point me somewhere else to get the permit, then return).
