Hello, everyone! 

I’m currently in Thailand on a student visa, which expires on April 13. Can I fly to Da Nang, stay in my family’s apartment, and apply for the DTV (Soft Power Muay Thai) online through the Thai embassy in Hanoi? Or do I need a hotel booking in Hanoi?

If you stay in Da Nang you need to apply in HCM. Need to provide hotel booking unless you're from DN then either ID card/ driving license is okay

You dont need a hotel, you can use vietnam arrival stamp on your passport as a proof. Many of my customers applied in vietnam did the same. They may ask for a selfie in Vietnam as well
