Has anyone tried applying for the DTV in Manila, Philippines recently? I have a few questions I'm hoping you can shed light on:
Did you do it online through [members only]/? If so, did you physically have to be in Manila while applying for the DTV online? Or can you apply for it online but be in another city or island like Cebu / Siargao / Palawan?
Thanks in advance! š

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can apply for the Thai DTV visa online through thaievisa.go.th while being in other parts of the Philippines like Cebu, Siargao, or Palawan. However, you must be available to attend an in-person interview at the Thai Embassy in Manila if required.
the ThaiEVisa.go.th website is the only method to apply for and submit any Thai EāVisa application to any Thai Embassy/Consulate around the world....
You need/should be physically in the respective country throughout the Thai EāVisa processing process, and, if necessary, be available to attend an in-person interview at the Thai Embassy/Consulate where you submitted your Thai EāVisa application....
Now, if one were to make visits to Puerto Princessa, Cebu, Davao, Laoag or elsewhere, then that's fine, as long as you as a Thai EāVisa applicant are fully cognizant that the potential of making a visit to the Thai Embassy may or may not be necessary....

You apply online via that site and can apply whilst in another part of The Philippines. If asked for an interview you would need to go to Manilla.
