Can I apply for a Thai DTV visa from Poland and what are the regulations regarding the 500k baht rule?

I am in Poland for a month now can I apply for DTV from Poland and 500k baht rule is also same from Poland or it can different in different places because I tried to find on Embassy of Thailand in Poland but cannot find anything.

Approved in 5 working days in Warsaw this May. They asked for additional documents twice and were very quick to react. 3 months history of having 500k required

My experience with the embassy in Warsaw: I submitted my application on Wednesday, on Thursday I was asked to provide copies of my passport pages and a return ticket from Thailand. The visa was approved on Friday. The whole process took just 2 days.

Are you the citizen? Or resident? Most Thai embassy in EU countries only allowed to apply when you are resident there.

Yes, it's exactly the same everywhere. Also just so you know they use pretty bad exchange rates for calculating it so you do need a little more.
