TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the possibility of applying for a Covid extension in Bangkok after having previously obtained one in Phuket. Community members noted that extensions can typically be processed at any immigration office, provided that the previous extension has been finalized and a TM30 form has been filed for the new address in Bangkok.

Anyone know if I can extend my normal tourist visa (1 month extended already) with a Covid amnesty extension?

Also here in bkk, I remember last time I went immigration office they told me to go to another visa center... for Covid amnesty which office is it? Thank you!

Counter J (which was at MTT until early April) moved back to Chaeng Wattana main office 5th April. You would go to CW for your next covid extension.

You can apply for an extension unable to travel due to Covid. (Amnesty finished last year)

If you entered on a tourist visa (sticker in your passport) you purchased at the Thai consulate before you flew into Thailand and stamped for 60days upon entry, you will go to Chaeng Wattana.

If you didn't get an actual visa before your travel to Thailand, you will go to MTT.

bring a copy of the tm30. They usually can't find it for some reason, but will staple the print out to your application

you can apply for extension due to covid at any immigration office you have TM30 receipt as long as your previous extension 'under consideration' was closed.
