Hey everyone, if you get a 30 day visa waiver (UK passport), what is the time frame for applying for the 30 day extension? (i.e. what is the latest and earliest you can apply?)

You, as a UK passport holder, enter Thailand on visa-exempt, not visa waiver. Those are different.

At most offices, you can apply for a 30-day tourism extension anytime as they accept tourism extension applications when your stamp remains less than 30 days (or 45 days at some offices). But some, Jomtien and a few others, have shorter windows for application that is within the last or a couple of weeks of your stamp.

The last day you can apply for an extension without issues is the day of your entry stamp.

Check your local immigration of their policy.

Jomtien accepts extension applications during the One week before your STAMP ending date.

you will have to Ask the Thai Immigration office there. Probably WITHIN the 30 days. As Jomtien is the exception.
