TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking official online channels to contact the Immigration Bureau of Thailand, specifically for submitting appeals, and has only found one email for a division in Bangkok. The comments provide insights into the appeal process involving direct appeals to officers and the importance of using the official channels.

Time to close it down, this page is for Visa Advice and not for discussion about why a person is on the black list.

You appeal directly when a decision is made by an Immigration Officer, you fill in the appeal form and supply the needed copies.

You might go back to the office where the decision is made to ask to see the person in charge to discuss and appeal against the officers decision.

The changes in the law recently are not retrospective - so good luck with that

Lloyd Turner IF its related to a marijuana conviction those who were jailed due to it have been released.

Possibly similar relief may be sought for those who were deported from Thailand.

This is necessary for my relative, who cannot now enter Thailand because he is on the black list for entry. But the reason for his entry ban, this law has already been repealed in Thailand since June.

I think you'll find that unless a law is made retrospective, any charges/penalties applied at the time of the offence will still stand. You can imagine the court backlog if this were not applied

Then you need a lawyer who can help to find out if persons who are blacklisted can return due to a change of laws.

Yes, we have already applied, but neither the lawyers nor the migration officers in the Phuket office know how exactly the entry of people from the black list will now take place after the change in the law.
