TLDR : Answer Summary
The Non Immigrant B visa can be applied for outside of your home country, with locations such as Kota Bharu and Penang in Malaysia available for certain applicants. It's also mentioned that after applying for this visa, you can extend your stay at a local Immigration Office in Thailand before your current stay expires.

Thailand set up a system that you apply for the Non Immigrant B visa and before your last Admitted to Stay runs out you apply at your local Immigration Office for the 1 year Extension of Stay based on working in Thailand. After this Extension of Stay is stamped inside your passport you can apply for the re-entry permit to keep the stay valid if you like to travel.

No, this visa is available at Kota Bharu for directors of the companies and at Penang for Managing directors of the companies, both are in Malaysia.

Then you can only apply for a single entry
