Apply for a visa in your own country if possible, you will have ninety days to use it so when your other trips are done you can enter Thailand.

What passport do you hold, and do you even need a visa? And generally the Thai consulates in China are kind of slow and it would be difficult unless you have some kind of residency status there I believe.

Id avoid it, if only because the country closes for a week for the National Holidays about the time you arrive- government departments take extended holidays and everything will take much longer due to this and the backlog.

Frankly, China is not a good place to submit a Thai Visa application.
And 30 days is pushing it. They are strict with the Thai Visa requirements and known for requesting additional documents.
