TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a Thai visa from England, specifically through the London embassy, the primary requirement is to have a closing balance of at least 500,000 baht in your bank account. Many applicants reported that they were not asked for regular payslips or monthly income details. Instead, they provided a balance statement showing the required amount, sometimes along with three months' worth of bank statements. While there may not be an income requirement, some embassies might request additional documents like tax returns or proof of employment. Experiences from other applicants indicate that the application can be processed and approved within a few days when the necessary financial criteria are met.

Advise on what exactly? If you meet the requirements and provide all the information you should be approved

Income is not a requirement

I applied in March of this year and provided 1 bank statement showing the funds transferred from savings into my current account the day before. I'm on Workcation and supplied everything else they needed and got approved in 3-4 days. I can't say it's the same now, that's just my experience. That was the London embassy (home country). They did require a portfolio and tax status, plus proof my business was not affiliated with Thailand (invoices etc), but there was no requirement for a specific income.

London requires a closing balance of 500k, when I applied I put the funds in on the morning of the application and gave 3 months bank statements

No wage slips or tax returns were required

how you doing, so a lot of embassy's are different, but basically, what you actually need is 3 months worth of bank statements with 500,000 baht, thats what they are looking for

It's true there is no income requirement but embassies may also request previous filed income tax returns and bank statements covering from 3 to 6 months that might show your financial stability as well as any incorporation papers if you have your own business
