TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around the possibility of applying for a Soft Power DTV visa while training at multiple Muay Thai gyms in Thailand. The consensus is that you can apply based on one school where you intend to stay longest and still change locations afterwards. It is advised to ensure attendance at the initial school for visa compliance, but participants can explore training at different gyms across various cities without issues as long as they fulfill the course requirements at the sponsoring gym.
Following. Having this issue as well, signing up for a 6 month DTV with one gym but realistically have no clue which gym Iād want to call home during my stay as I want to explore other gyms in other cities. Will I have to keep flying back to this gym that sponsored the DTV once a month to check it off the list?
The visa will be granted on the basis of one school's certification for DTV students and the program you sign up for at that school. You are free to take other classes in other cities all you like, but be certain to complete the course at the school you used to get the DTV.
