Hello all, has anyone here ever applied for the "Non-O F (Diplomatic Type) Visa for Thailand from Cambodia, provided you were not a "resident" in Cambodia?
I understand some Thai consulates require you to be a resident or national of that said country to be able to apply for such a visa for Thailand.
Any help/advice on this would be much appreciated!
We have tried calling the consulate in Cambodia and they have not been replying / picking up.
Edit: The persons in question are not actually diplomats, they just require this type of visa (UN)
Thank you!
TLDR : Answer Summary
The inquiry is about applying for a Non-O F (Diplomatic Type) Visa for Thailand from Cambodia without being a resident there. While some Thai consulates may require residency, it is indicated that there is no such requirement specifically for the Non-O F visa. In general, diplomatic visas should be coordinated through the relevant embassy, as they are not individually applied for.
