TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for a COVID visa extension in Thailand, you need to first obtain a regular 30-day extension for your initial airport stamp. Once you have that, you may be eligible to apply for a COVID-19 extension if it is still available. The first extension can be done at any immigration office, while the second must be processed at a larger immigration office.

Have to extend for 30 days first. After that can try for COVID 60 day extension if it still remains. First one can do at any immigration office, even small ones. Second one has to be at a larger imm office. Good luck!

You’ll need to get the regular 30 day extension first.

For extensions off a visa exempt entry of 30 days you go to IT Square Laksi Plaza. 3rd floor

Okay, the only thing that’s a bit worrisome is that it seems online like my partner can only get 7 days extension because of her country

currently there are extenuating circumstances for Russian and Ukrainian nationals. I’m not familiar with these, but check with the immigration office.
