TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for a one-year extension for your 90-day Non-O visa, you should do it when you have 30 days or less remaining on your current visa. It's advisable to visit your local immigration office beforehand to obtain detailed information about the necessary documentation and requirements for the extension.

Did you enter Thailand with a Non O Visa?

If you did, is it... as Married to Thai?

On Feb 22nd you were asking about arriving Visa exempt with a 45 day stamp.

At MOST immigration offices you can apply for a year extension of stay when you have 30 days or less left on your current stamp.

Go to your immigration office and get the hand out listing the documentation and requirements for the extension you're going to apply for BEFORE you need to apply so you can get everything ready and pull it off with one try ๐Ÿ™‚
