Non-B visas are for employment. To get a Non-B visa, the business you're working for must meet certain minimum requirements. The business itself would know the requirements.

However, the 800K THB is required for a Non-O visa based on retirement.

apply for a 60 day covid extension at the immigration office where you stay. you CANNOT work on it, but you can stay
