So I have heard that if you have more than 21 days left on your visa exempt entry then you do not need to leave the country again for a non B visa....is this correct?
If so, does that also count for non O visa and for Ed-visas? (My husband and two kids)
Visa expires on 31st and we are supposed to go to Laos for Non B and non O and Ed visas. However, I am still waiting for my original documents to return from South Africa so can't go to Laos yet, BUT have to be out of the country. So thinking of just getting out somewhere and get back in again on visa exempt and then just switch to non B, if it is possible. Really don't want to have to leave the country AGAIN a couple of days later......any advice?
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring whether having more than 21 days left on a visa exempt entry allows them to stay in Thailand while applying for a Non-B, Non-O, or Ed visa, especially since they are unable to leave for Laos due to missing documents.
