Can I get a multiple entry Non-O visa based on marriage in Savannakhet while on a 30-day visa exemption?

a single entry Non-O based on marriage is good for 90 days, THEN you need to get an extension inside the country by showing 400k baht in a thai bank account in your name for 2 months before you apply.

You could also get a 60 day visit thai family extension at the immigration office for 1900baht too.
