TLDR : Answer Summary
A foreign national who purchased a condo in Thailand a couple of years ago with a non-immigrant visa likely does not qualify for an investment visa. The investment typically needs to be made via the Thai BOI through an approved developer, and as indicated by several comments, the time elapsed since the purchase may disqualify this investment from being recognized for visa purposes.

I would say far too late. Also I believe the investment needs to take place via the BOI and an approved developer.
