Hi, just wondering if anyone ever got the investment visa (10m thb investment into a condo or financial asset)? If you did, can you apply for it in Thailand? Or do you need to apply for it abroad?

If you are age 50+ you can obtain an O-X long stay visa for deposit of 3 Million Thai baht into a Thai bank. You get two 5 year visas...total 10 years stay. The $$$ is yours to earn interest and keep...if you decide to leave Thailand.
