TLDR : Answer Summary
Several users recommend Kasikorn Bank (KBank) as a reliable option for foreigners, citing its efficient customer service and user-friendly banking app. Others also mention SCB and Krungthai Bank as solid alternatives. Overall, there is a consensus that the customer service experience may differ from that in their home countries.
when did you get the Krungsi account? Did they want a residence certificate and mobile certificate?

Kasikorn bank (kbank) there banking app is good, i have debit and credit cards. Plenty of branches, email and english helpline, prefered over Bangkok bank.
how could you get two cards, one debit and one credit card separately? I only got a visa debit card where the amount I spend with it immediately deducted it from my account. A credit card is one with which you are borrowing money from the card issuer.
well luck the credit card was with CITI bank, but they passed on the business to Kbank, it is a proper credit card in so much its not prepaid. And the two debit cards are on 2 accounts.
Kasikorn has been easy do deal with and hasn't had the same issues as Bangkok bank. But you can't predict what will happen in the future. Don't expect the same customer service you get at home. Banks here and customer service don't go together
wow, I'm shocked 😆. My experience has been the exact opposite. But once you're set up everything is a breeze as long as your bank doesn't freeze your account.
I'm from the US and you will find customer service there 1000x better than here when it comes to banks. Thats the only place I can find that US customer service is better, but its night and day better.
