I was in the process of having a non b Ed visa paperwork done before all this covid stuff hit the fan, I have the documents ready to go but the school said they need 21 days for immigration for a prove the docs and seen as my visa expires April 24th they said they can't submit it..... Now that amnesty is until the end of July I should be able to submit my non b paperwork right? Seen as I have way over 21 days to do so... And I wouldn't need the letter from my embassy as amnesty has that covered.. Is that correct?
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires if they can submit their Non-B visa paperwork now that the visa amnesty period has been extended to the end of July. They mention having all necessary documents ready but needing 21 days for immigration approval, which they believed would not be an issue due to the amnesty. Community responses confirm that the amnesty allows for submissions without needing embassy letters, but uncertainty remains about future regulations post-amnesty.
