Hi guys, I'm fairly certain that I'm covered under the amnesty program but my leave by date has passed and I just want to confirm I'm not going to get blacklisted. I have a 1 year Non O visa based on marriage to a Thai, valid until December, leave by date was May 5. Can someone confirm that I'm covered until July 31?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about their status under the amnesty program due to their leave by date passing while holding a Non-O visa based on marriage to a Thai national. Responses confirm they are covered until July 31, but recommend doing a border run to obtain a 90-day stamp when possible. They are also advised to consider applying for a 60-day family visit extension.

You are covered to July 31 under the amnesty...but will need to do border run asap border opens to get added 90 day stamp.

When that happens is not known.

BTW....there is no backdating of your visa or extensions that we have heard of.

You could apply for the 60 days Family visit extension as you are Married to a Thai.

I assume your NonO Married visa was obtained outside Thailand...like Savannakhet. Requiring you to leave every 90 days.

That's not what he asked. I would also like to know if this type is covered by the amnesty.
