Ltd company is a separate entity to an individual.

The spirit of the rules of DTV apply to funds being in an accessible bank account in the individuals name. As the individual is applying for the DTV, not the company.

How the individual embassy interprets those rules along with a covering letter from yourself, only the embassy officer can answer that.

You can risk the visa fee and try your way with the company bank account. But be prepared to have to wait almost four months to apply again if it fails, as the money has to be in a personal account for over three months.

Also note if you do move the funds to your personal account then you will be liable for any personal taxation in your home country. Plus any potential NI etc if it’s taken as a salary.
