Question for those who have bought travel insurance (AXA or something else) entering with Thailand Pass: If my flight is on Nov 24 (Toronto) and I will arrive on the morning of Nov 26 (Bangkok), when should my start date be for my insurance?

EDIT: No need to baggage/flight insurance

EDIT 2: Starting my insurance on 24 and 26 had no price difference

I am purchasing Thai health insurance to comply with O-A extension of stay. Question: what start date should I choose in that the EoS renewal date is November 3 but I am going to immigration on October 20 or so?
