I'm looking at buying a motorcycle from a Thai person this week, it would be shipped to my province (Lampang) from Bangkok area. Mutual Thai friend checked it out, all is good with buyer, shipping, bike, etc. but..

How does it work to transfer bike from Thai person shipped to me the foreigner (Retirement visa, Thai DL)? Is it easy once we sign something online, and the bike is already here for me to go into office or is there something else to think about?

I am on an extension of stay for an education visa (US passport). What is the minimum duration of stay outside of Chiang Mai that would require an update to my TM 30 upon return? Ex: I am planning to spend 3-5+ days in Lampang. Also do I need to do a TM 30 in Lampang or will the hotel handle it due to the short stay?

Hi all. May need to leave the country, visa exempt up on the 26th but want to get another 30 days. Lampang immigration may not give me another visa due to landlord not registering us. I am in Chae Hom, 40 minutes out of lampang. Does anybody know if it would be possible to get a van or driver to take us to the nearest border please. It is myself and three kids. Thank you :-)
