When asking U.S gov services if they will extend visas, mine in this case a Ed visa, this was the reply I got.

I've already gotten the letter but 1) it contains none of my personal info and 2) people were saying they were getting refused even with the letter. Anyone?

this is an email someone got from ACS in Chiang Mai about them issuing the personalized letter BUT it has the bangkok contact info to
