What options do I have if my visa expires before my flight to Yangon?

I need some advice. My visa expires the 18th. I know i can get the extra 7 days, taking me to the 15th. The only problem is the earliest flight i can get to Yangon is on the 26th. What can I do? Explain at immigration and hope for grace?

Left Phuket 10 days ago for a family emergency and now scheduled to fly back Dec. 3rd. Already applied for Thailand Pass. I can move my flight up to tomorrow but without QR code from Thailand Pass what would be the point? Anybody have anybody have a Hail Mary pass suggestion? Would be much appreciated.
