I’m coming to Thailand with my Thai wife if she enters on her British passport does she require a visa

Hello, I just learned today that the quarantine requirement for fully vaccinated folks was reduced to 7 days. As my Thai wife and I would like to get back to our house in Thailand, I started to look at the requirements for an e-visa on the Washington consulate website. What confuses me is how we go about getting a visa for each of us. My wife has used her US passport for past trips to Thailand. With the e-visa tool do I need to create two separate accounts and use two email addresses or is there a way to do it with 1 account? As this e-visa system is fairly new, I am not sure if the tool accommodates families getting a visa and coe.
