TLDR : Answer Summary
The vaccine certificate required for the Thailand Pass can be accessed via the NHS app; it is the one with the barcode at the bottom. Including a screenshot of your vaccine certificate with the barcode when applying for the Thailand Pass can expedite the approval process.

Yes it is that one from the nhs app. And when you do your Thai pass if you send a pic of the vaccine cert also screen shot and crop the bar code! It will make you get your pass approved far quicker
I’m just about to apply. I have 3 certificates as I’ve had both doses and booster. Do I just upload the QR code from my booster which says I’ve had 3 or do I need to upload all of them? Thanks!
I think the only option is for your first two jabs which is all you need to be honest. Upload the whole cert in JPEG and then use the added QR code tick box and add the QR code. I snipped the image from my pdf and saved it as JPEG. Then at the end when it lets add more docs you can add the cert in pdf just to be sure. Have you booked your one night stay at a SHA plus hotel, airport transfer and PCR test? You’ll need that bit of paperwork too along with the travel insurance?
