TLDR : Answer Summary
The best way to extend your stay in Thailand after a two-year Non-B visa and a one-month tourist stamp extension depends on your reasons for staying and the length of the desired extension.

Depends on how long you like to stay and for what reason.

You can apply at a Thai Consulate/Embassy for the Single Entry Tourist Visa but this will give you 60 days of Admitted to Stay and could be extended with another 30 days.

At first as a tourist for 3 months. Am I eligible to get this kind of visa? Student visa options are also considerable.
