Will my 90-day Non-O visa become invalid if I divorce my spouse while in Thailand?

I will be entering Thailand on a 90 day non-immigrant o visa based on marriage. My wife and I intend to divorce when we are in Thailand , would this mean that my visa would become invalid as soon as we divorce or would I be allowed to stay for the full 90 days ?
