I will be entering Thailand on a 90 day non-immigrant o visa based on marriage. My wife and I intend to divorce when we are in Thailand , would this mean that my visa would become invalid as soon as we divorce or would I be allowed to stay for the full 90 days ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A 90-day Non-O visa based on marriage allows the holder to stay in Thailand for the full duration regardless of divorce, as confirmed by community insights.

Even if you divorce once you get to thailand, you will be able to stay the full 90 days that Non-O visa allows you.
