Will I receive a 60-day visa exemption upon arrival in Thailand on June 12th, considering the new visa rules?
Hello, we are from India and travelling to Thailand for 20 days. From 12th June to 2nd July. Have the new visa rules been implemented yet? If not, when? Is it better to get e-Tourist Visa? Would we get 60 day visa exemption upon arrival on 12th June?

We don’t have a crystal ball but as it hasn’t been published in the Royal Gazette, you should be ok for 60 days visa exemption.

You'll be fine.... even if its published in the Royal Gazette tomorrow (friday) you'll receive 15 days grace taking you up to 12th june.

Not yet, and they won't be until 15 days after they've been published so arriving on the 12th June you should get the 60 day visa exempt stamp
