TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual inquired about potential issues re-entering Thailand at Suvarnabhumi in October after a history of multiple visa exemptions and tourist visas. Community responses suggested that while re-entry might not pose issues, it is advisable to carry documentation such as proof of funds (20,000 baht or equivalent), proof of onward travel, and hotel booking confirmations. These documents may be requested by immigration officers, especially given their pattern of entries.

The proof of hotel or confirmed lodging is the last thing they ask for if they're asking for the 3-proof-ofz and I don't think it makes a bit of difference if you show a lease or a confirmation of booking from a hotel

You probably won't but I'd say definitely have proof of funds; 20K baht (or the equivalent), proof of onward travel and proof of a hotel booking on hand when you arrive here.

ANYONE can be asked for those any time they stamp into the country. They are more likely to ask for them if you have an extensive history of living here on back-2-back visa exempt or tourist visa entries BUT being prepared is better than being denied entry to the country.

I will await reply from Tod. But that one year condo contract is proof you are NOT a tourist in Thailand. I would NOT show it to Thai Immigration.
