TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the difference between the MTT office and the Chaengwattana office regarding the extension of a 30-day Tourist Visa (TR). Community members clarified that for a 60-day tourist visa, one should go to the Chaengwattana office, not the MTT office. They also provided a list of required documents for the visa extension, including a passport, copies of specific passport pages, a TM6 form with an arrival stamp, a fee of 1900 baht, and a passport photo. Additionally, it was noted that there is a printing service available on the first floor if needed.

The documents you’ll need.

1. Passport

2. A copy of your passport photo page

3. A copy of your TM6 w/ arrival stamp.

4. 1900 baht

5. A 2x2 photo/passport photo

The forms to renew visa you can ask at information booth. If you don’t have any copies or photos, I remember seeing the first floor opened for printing and photos.

if you are really here on a 60 day tourist visa entry stamp you go to the main immigration office at Chaengwattana NOT the Muang Thong Thani office
