I need to 90 day report and get a residency letter.  Can I do both at Muang Thong Thani or do I need to go to Chaeng Watthana (2 years ago I did both at CW)?  Thanks in advance.

90 day reporting AND requesting a certificate of residence are both done at the Muang Thong Thani Immigration office

You want Counter A for 90 day report and Counter B for certificate of residence. Take your TM30 receipt too 😉
