Can I do my 90 day report and obtain a residency letter at Muang Thong Thani?

I need to 90 day report and get a residency letter.  Can I do both at Muang Thong Thani or do I need to go to Chaeng Watthana (2 years ago I did both at CW)?  Thanks in advance.
