What should I do if I'm unable to verify my email on the Thai e-Visa website?
I've applied online on the e-visa website, to create an account and it says it will send a verification to my email address but it hasn't come even after a couple of days. I've tried again and now it says email already in the system and I can't proceed or log in. Anyone had this? What did you do ?
Answer summary
A user reported difficulties with the Thai e-Visa application process, specifically not receiving the verification email after applying online. They also faced issues when trying to log in, being told that their email was already in the system. Other users provided suggestions such as checking the spam folder, using different email providers like Hotmail or Gmail for better success, and using the 'forgot password' option to regain access.

Google's Gmail works fine with the Thai eVisa Website and several Thai Embassies and Thai Consulates around the world use and have Gmail Email Addresses

Apologies, but did you also double–check your Junk Mail/Spam Mail Folder of your Email inbox??
